Management and monitoring for 100 guidance booths across the holy sites, with real-time KPIs and sub-20-second encounter logging.
The challenge
During Hajj, 100 guidance booths and their staff spread across the holy sites. Supervisors need a live picture: which booths are covered, where staff are housed, and how many pilgrims are being helped.
What we built
Two products in one platform: an admin operations dashboard with a live map of all 100 booths, KPIs, and encounter and report analytics; and a mobile-first employee PWA where field staff log a pilgrim encounter in under 20 seconds, submit prioritized reports, and update booth status. Fully bilingual, Arabic first.
The outcome
Season supervisors watch the whole operation from one screen instead of collecting phone reports booth by booth.
