The challenge
Hajj season means 60+ humanitarian projects running at once across Mecca, Medina, and the holy sites: meals, water, elderly care, lost pilgrim assistance. The association coordinated it through a heavy ERP workflow, spreadsheets, and group chats, and the picture was always days old.
What we built
We built a real-time operations room in six weeks. Executives see live progress rings and financial summaries. Field teams log daily entries in seconds. Smart alerts flag stale entries and unmet targets before they become failures. An interactive map shows every project on the ground, and inventory moves through approval workflows instead of phone calls.
The outcome
The dashboard replaced five scattered tools with one system: 60+ projects tracked live across 3 cities, with role-scoped access from full admin to read-only viewer.
